通常氩东木是氩焊腮红手焊Daye,氩焊顺利完成后,直径小于80毫米的管线可以用氩焊充填和Daye,控制技术上称为全氩冲压。如果80 毫米大直径的管线全部采用全氩,时间周期长,会造成材料成本高,因而不会突显氩焊效率高的优点。因而,一般情况下,大、中直径管线在氩焊后用小直径焊条充填和Daye。
Generally, argon ITU welding is argon arc welding for backing and manual arc welding for covering. After argon arc welding, pipes with a diameter less than 80mm can be filled and covered with argon arc welding, which is technically called all argon welding. If all 80mm large diameter pipes use all argon, the time cycle is long, which will cause high material cost, so it will not highlight the advantages of high efficiency of argon arc welding. Therefore, in general, large and medium diameter pipelines are filled and covered with small diameter electrodes after argon arc welding.
氩东木采用的工具和设备:氩弧手焊机两用机、氩焊机,或直流焊机加氩焊把。该气体通常需要纯度大于99.9%的工业惰性气体,惰性气体减压表安装在惰性气体瓶上,为保护气体可以开启到15L左右。焊丝选用直径为2.0、2.5、3.2等,通常采用2.0和2.5。钨极也叫钨针,一般选用铈钨,直径分别为2.0和2.4等,根据管线尺寸选择合适的钨极。此外,末端应研磨成30度圆锥。如果没有锋利的钨电极,热量就不会集中,所以钨电极要磨好。将钨极放入焊把,伸至喷嘴3 ~ 4mm,电流根据管壁选择,一般在70A ~ 130 A之间,选择直流正极连接。
Tools and equipment for argon ITU: argon arc hand arc welder, argon arc welder, or DC welder plus argon arc welding handle. This gas usually requires industrial argon with purity greater than 99.9%. The argon pressure reducing gauge is installed on the argon cylinder, and the shielding gas can be opened to about 15L. Welding wires with diameters of 2.0, 2.5, 3.2, etc. Usually 2.0 and 2.5 are used. Tungsten electrode is also called tungsten needle. Cerium tungsten is generally selected, with diameters of 2.0 and 2.4 respectively. Select the appropriate tungsten electrode according to the pipe size. In addition, the ends shall be ground to a 30 degree cone. If there is no sharp tungsten electrode, the heat will not be concentrated, so the tungsten electrode should be ground well. Put the tungsten electrode into the welding handle and extend it to the nozzle for 3 ~ 4mm. The current is selected according to the pipe wall, generally between 70A ~ 130a. DC positive connection is selected.
