双相不锈钢可焊性良好,热裂倾向小,一般焊前不需预热,焊后不需热处理,可与18-8型奥氏体不锈钢或碳钢等自体钢冲压。2. 双相不锈钢的冲压金属材料或填充金属材料通常采用比助焊剂含镍高的金属材料,对于含氮的双相不锈钢要求焊材和助焊剂的含氮量相同。以保证焊缝金属有足够的奥氏体量。3. 双相不锈钢常见的冲压方法有手工电弧焊和钨极氩弧焊两种。适宜使用多层焊,采用多道次和低熔敷率的方式。4.
