在耐腐蚀中，钻孔间静电熔化与铜焊下部造成的低温使铜焊药皮、钻孔熔融和焊芯，熔融的芯部下部快速逐步形成微小的合金胶体，那些胶体迁移到局部性钻孔的熔融表层熔拼在一起逐步形成硝酸锶。薄膜熔融操作过程中造成的电炉和液体，不但使静电周遭的水蒸气与硝酸锶隔绝，所以与助焊剂和熔融的芯部出现一连串机械制造化学反应，确保沟槽的操控性。随著静电以适度的速率和圆周在钻孔上往前终端，硝酸锶中的液态合金加热沉淀逐步形成沟槽。

In arc welding, the arc combustion between workpieces and the high temperature generated at the end of the electrode melt the electrode coating, workpiece and welding core. The end of the molten core quickly forms small metal droplets, which are transferred to the melting surface of local workpieces and fused together to form a molten pool. The slag and gas produced in the process of coating melting not only isolate the air around the arc from the molten pool, but also produce a series of metallurgical reactions with the base metal and molten core to ensure the performance of the weld. As the arc moves forward on the workpiece at an appropriate speed and arc length, the liquid metal in the molten pool cools and crystallizes to form a weld.

铜焊耐腐蚀具备下列缺点：

Electrode arc welding has the following advantages:

1）使用的设备结构比较简单，比较轻便，便宜。焊接操作不需要复杂的辅助设备，只需简单的辅助工具，所以铜焊耐腐蚀使用的交直流焊机相对简单。因此，购买设备投资小，维护方便，是其应用广泛的原因之一。

1) The equipment used has simple structure, light weight and low cost. The welding operation does not require complex auxiliary equipment, but only simple auxiliary tools, so the AC and DC welding machines used in electrode arc welding are relatively simple. 2） 无需辅助液体保护。铜焊不但能提供填充合金，还在焊接操作过程中保护硝酸锶和焊接处不被氧化，抗风能力强。

3）适应性强，操作灵活。铜焊耐腐蚀适用于焊接小批量产品或单件、空间任意位置的不规则沟槽和短沟槽以及其他不易实现机械化焊接的沟槽。焊接可以在h铜焊可以到达的任何地方进行。

3) Strong adaptability and flexible operation. Electrode arc welding is suitable for welding irregular welds and short welds at any position of small batch products or single piece and space, as well as other welds that are not easy to realize mechanized welding. Welding can be carried out anywhere the H electrode can reach.

4）具备广泛的应用，适用于大多数合金及工业合金的焊接。铜焊耐腐蚀选择合适的铜焊不但可以焊接低合金钢、焊接碳钢，还可以焊接有色合金和高合金钢。它不但可以焊接铸铁焊补和各种合金材料的各种叠焊，还可以焊接同种合金，以及异种合金等。

4) It has a wide range of applications and is suitable for the welding of most alloys and industrial metals. Electrode arc welding selects appropriate electrodes, which can not only weld low alloy steel and carbon steel, but also non-ferrous metals and high alloy steel. It can not only weld cast iron repair welding and various overlapping welding of various metal materials, but also weld the same kind of metal and dissimilar metals.
